Facebook has a lot of ostomy groups that you can join. Just search on “ostomy” and you will find plenty.

Everyday Ostomy just created a group that we hope you will join! It is meant for people with an ostomy who live in the U.S. Many Facebook Groups have members from other countries and they do not know what it is like to have to purchase health insurance. Also, they have access to products that are not available in the U.S. So we created this group to reduce that “frustration” factor when it comes to getting useful information and to speaking with others who understand what you are going through.
